|Pathisa Nyathi is the founding Director of Amagugu International Heritage Centre. An established historian with over 30 books published, Pathisa has dedicated his entire adult life to preservation and promotion of Ndebele cultural heritage.|
|Butholezwe Kgosi Nyathi is the Programs Manager and is responsible for supervising programs and projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Butho has over 8 years experience in the creative arts sector.|
|Dumisani Sibanda is an Accounting major, with more than 15 years accounting experience including 7+ years managing NGO finances, and currently studying towards an ACCA qualification.|
|Lucia Mahlanza is the Research and Information Officer. She is responsible for internal and external communications of the organisation as well as conducting research.|
|Mthokozisi holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Language and Communication Studies from Lupane State University. He has an avid interest in indigenous people’s cultural and linguistic rights. He draws his experience from a rich background in working with indigenous communities and policy makers for the past 8 years.
He has worked as a Community Organizer at Bulawayo Agenda and as the Regional Coordinator at the National Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (NANGO) in the Western Region in Zimbabwe.
In his spare time, Mthokozisi is involved in charity work through the Rotaract Club of Belmont and the Beacon of Hope Seventh Day Adventist Church Youth Department. He also plays social soccer as a striker on Sundays.
